Vivendi: Information on the General Meeting of April 28, 2025
Vivendi announced that it will hold its Combined General Meeting of Shareholders on April 28, 2025. The event will take place at the Olympia, Paris, at 10:00 a.m. The agenda and the text of the resolutions were published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (Bulletin of Obligatory Legal Announcements) on March 19. Shareholders will be able to consult these documents and information, as well as the participation and voting procedures, in accordance with the laws and regulations.
Additional information is available on Vivendi's website. It is intended to inform shareholders in accordance with Article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code.
