Evolution of governance at HERIGE
HERIGE's Annual General Meeting on May 29, 2026, saw the addition of new members to the Supervisory Board. Emmanuelle Charier was appointed as an independent member for a three-year term. A law graduate with extensive experience at CHARIER, she is recognized for her ability to manage transitions. Furthermore, Julien Caillaud also joined the Board, replacing Laurent Caillaud, who passed away. An engineer, he has a distinguished career, having held positions at Bouygues Construction and as director of the Roturier company.
