Herige's Voting Rights as of April 30, 2026

The VM MATERIAUX group, trading as Herige, has published data relating to voting rights, in accordance with Article L233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of April 30, 2026, the company's share capital consisted of 2,993,643 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 5,041,406, while the number of exercisable voting rights was 4,903,015.

The calculation of theoretical voting rights includes treasury shares and those held in registered form for more than two years, thus benefiting from double voting rights.
