VM Materials: Monthly Report on Voting Rights as of September 30, 2026
VM Matériaux has published its monthly statement regarding voting rights as of September 30, 2026, in accordance with Article L233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. The total number of shares comprising the share capital is 2,993,643.
The theoretical voting rights total 5,037,589, while the exercisable voting rights number 4,823,092. This difference is explained by the inclusion of treasury shares and registered shares benefiting from double voting rights.
