VOGO: Status of rights and shares as of March 31, 2025
VOGO has announced the total number of rights and shares comprising its share capital as of March 31, 2025. According to the decree, VOGO has 6,127,011 shares of capital. Furthermore, the number of theoretical voting rights reaches 8,327,183.
Regarding treasury shares, VOGO does not hold any registered shares, while 37,819 shares are held in treasury shares in bearer form. In addition, 7,945 shares belong to other categories not specified by the company.
Finally, the voting rights exercisable within VOGO amount to 8,281,419. This figure results from the subtraction of treasury shares and others from the total theoretical voting rights.
