Voltatron Secures €14 Million to Bolster Growth

Voltatron AG has successfully secured a €14 million financing package. This club deal involves Commerzbank and Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW), providing significant financial flexibility for the company. The package includes €10 million in revolving working capital facilities and €4 million in investment loans, aiming to meet the company's operational and growth needs.

The company is also in discussions to increase this financing to more than €20 million. This financial move follows Voltatron's strategy to strengthen its position in the industrial electronics sector. With a strengthened equity base, Voltatron aims to continue scaling its business model.
