New Supervisory Board Members Proposed for Vonovia SE

Vonovia SE, Europe's leading private residential real estate company, will propose Michael Rüdiger and Dr Marcus Schenck for election to its Supervisory Board. This proposal will be made during the Annual General Meeting on May 28, 2025. They are set to replace current members Dr Ute Geipel-Faber and Hildegard Müller, whose mandates are concluding.

Michael Rüdiger, with extensive experience in the financial services sector, has held senior positions, including roles at Evonik Industries and BlackRock Asset Management. Dr Marcus Schenck, known for his roles at E.ON and Deutsche Bank, brings over 25 years of experience in the financial and energy sectors.

Chairwoman Clara C. Streit expressed gratitude to the outgoing members for their contribution to Vonovia's growth and leadership in the market.
