Vox Royalty Corp. Divests Federation Gold Royalty for A$8 Million

Vox Royalty Corp. (NASDAQ:VOXR)(TSX:VOXR) has sold a 4.5% capped gold royalty relating to the Hera Tenement EL6162 in New South Wales. This transaction, involving Vox Royalty Australia Pty Ltd. and the Hera project owner, generated A$8 million. The royalty covers 46,372 ounces of remaining gold production. Vox acquired the Federation Royalty in February 2026.

Spencer Cole, President and Chief Investment Officer, highlighted that the sale yielded a 16x return on invested capital within four months. The move aligns with Vox's strategy to enhance shareholder returns through strategic asset management. Cole also emphasized ongoing efforts to explore organic growth and additional asset transactions.
