Vox Royalty Divests Gold Stream to i-80 Gold for $4.8 Million
On June 26, 2026, Vox Royalty Corp. (NASDAQ:VOXR)(TSX:VOXR) announced the sale of its gold offtake stream to i-80 Gold Corp. for $4.8 million. This transaction is structured through the issuance of i-80 Gold common shares to Vox. The i-80 Stream, acquired in 2025, covers gold production from Nevada's Ruby Hill, Cove, and Granite Creek assets, capped at 40,000 ounces annually until December 2028.
In Q1 2026, the stream generated a $270,000 margin and was valued at $2.6 million as of March 31, 2026. Vox's President, Spencer Cole, described the divestment as opportune, leveraging a 2x return within nine months. The deal aims to simplify Vox's portfolio, reallocating capital to longer-duration investments. Completion is anticipated before June 30, 2026.
