Vox Royalty Finalizes Key Acquisitions in Australia

Vox Royalty Corp. has completed acquisitions of the White Dam, Kalman, and Sylvania gold and copper royalties in Australia. The purchase was made through Vox's subsidiary, Vox Royalty Australia Pty Ltd, for A$8.4 million (approximately $6 million) in cash.

The White Dam site is currently producing gold, contributing immediate revenue. Kalman offers medium-term development potential via Austral Resources' Rocklands plant. The Sylvania acquisition provides longer-term opportunities across a 1,700km² area adjacent to the Karlawinda Gold Mine. These acquisitions aim to enhance Vox’s portfolio's revenue streams.

All conditions for the acquisition were met, including the waiver of the right of first refusal by operator Greenmount Resources Pty Ltd. Vox President Spencer Cole highlighted the strategic balance of revenue and potential increase in net present value these acquisitions bring to the company.
