Transfer of Liquidity Contract to TP ICAP by Voyageurs du Monde

Voyageurs du Monde has announced the transfer of its liquidity contract to TP ICAP (Europe) starting April 1, 2026. The new contract aims to enhance the liquidity and pricing regularity of the company's shares on the Euronext Growth Paris market. This agreement follows the guidelines established by the AMF Decision No. 2021-01 and adheres to the AMAFI's code of ethics.

As of March 31, 2026, the previous contract with Gilbert Dupont concluded. Voyageurs du Monde transferred 1,700 shares and €108,891.44 in cash to TP ICAP. At the onset of the prior contract, the assets included 7,900 shares and €75,276.43.

The new arrangement may be suspended under certain conditions outlined in Article 5 of Chapter II of AMF Decision No. 2021-01 or by the company's decision. Additionally, TP ICAP can terminate the agreement with one month's notice.
