R&S Group Announces Board of Directors Change
R&S Group Holding AG, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, has announced a change in its Board of Directors effective 30 June 2026. Dr. Beatrix Natter, a board member since the company's listing in December 2023, has resigned for personal reasons. Her contributions played a key role in the Group's strategic and international growth, including the acquisition of Kyte Powertech.
Heinz Kundert, Chairman of the Board, expressed gratitude for Dr. Natter's valuable input and commitment over the past two and a half years. The board plans to propose a successor at the upcoming Annual Shareholders Meeting.
The company operates in eight facilities across Europe and the Middle East, serving various sectors with power transformers. R&S Group, benefiting from rising energy demands, reported net sales of CHF 414.8 million in 2025.
