Waga Energy 2026 General Assembly: Access to Preparatory Documents

On June 24, 2026, Waga Energy invites its shareholders to a combined general meeting at 2:00 p.m. at its registered office. A preliminary notice, including the agenda and resolutions, has been available in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) since May 20, 2026. A formal notice of meeting will supplement this information on June 3 in a legal gazette. The procedures for participation and voting are detailed in these publications.

The necessary documents, in accordance with Article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code, are available on the company's website. Those mentioned in Article R. 225-83 will be accessible from the date of the meeting notice. Shareholders may consult these documents at the company's registered office fifteen days before the meeting.
