NextStage AM strengthens its commitment to the capital of WALLIX
On August 11, 2026, WALLIX, a European cybersecurity software specialist, announced a capital increase by NextStage AM. This transaction resulted from the conversion of 312,499 bonds into new shares, thereby increasing shareholders' equity by €5 million. This move also reduces WALLIX's debt and lowers financial expenses, freeing up cash flow for investment.
This transaction follows a €25 million non-dilutive financing round announced at the end of July. It demonstrates NextStage AM's confidence in WALLIX's growth strategy, which aims to become a sovereign European cybersecurity platform.
