WALLIX strengthens its governance with the arrival of Thierry Rouquet and a new committee
On July 31, 2025, WALLIX announced the appointment of Thierry Rouquet to its Board of Directors. With extensive experience in cybersecurity, he joins the company as an independent director. This appointment aims to structure WALLIX's governance in a context of growth and evolving markets.
Thierry Rouquet will also chair a new Engagement Committee dedicated to strategic investment projects. This committee will review and advise on WALLIX's future investments. Alongside Rouquet, key members such as Jean-Noël de Galzain and Amaury Rosset will participate in these deliberations.
The arrival of Rouquet, a recognized entrepreneur, marks an important step for WALLIX, which aims to grow organically and become a European champion in cybersecurity.
