WALLIX: Update on voting rights and shares

On November 21, 2025, WALLIX, a European cybersecurity specialist, reported its financial information in accordance with Article 223-16 of the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of September 30, 2025, the share capital consisted of 6,675,270 shares. The theoretical total of voting rights was 8,290,741, while the actual total was 8,283,370. One month later, on October 31, 2025, this number of shares remained unchanged, with a theoretical total of 8,288,446 voting rights and an actual total of 8,279,004.

Theoretical voting rights include shares held directly by the company. WALLIX also announced that its 2025 annual results will be published on February 5, 2026. This publication will allow observers to better assess the company's performance over the past year.
