WALLIX: Update on voting rights and shares
On December 16, 2025, WALLIX disclosed information regarding the number of voting rights and shares, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of November 30, 2025, WALLIX's share capital consisted of 6,743,070 shares. The theoretical total of voting rights reached 8,385,083, including treasury shares, while the actual total of voting rights amounted to 8,376,551.
WALLIX, a cybersecurity player since 2003, is preparing its next publication regarding its 2025 annual revenue, scheduled for February 5, 2026. The company is listed on Euronext and backed by its founders, managers, and the investor TDH.
