The agenda includes the approval of the 2025 financial statements, with a proposed dividend of €3.35 per share, representing a gross yield of 8.92%. The accounts will also be allocated €3.4 million to reserves.
At this meeting, the compensation report will be submitted for approval, and a discharge of duties will be granted to the Sole Director and the Auditor for 2025. DELOITTE is proposed for the auditor's three-year term, with annual compensation set at €73,000 excluding VAT. The Sole Director's fees for 2026 are set at €475,000 excluding VAT.
