Waskahigan and Terra Metals Extend Share Purchase Agreement

Waskahigan Oil & Gas Corp (CSE:WOGC) has signed a third amendment and extension agreement with Terra Metals and associated parties, aligning on the continuation of a Share Purchase Agreement initiated in May 2025. The agreement, which saw prior amendments in June and July, concerns the listing processes and regulatory documentation necessary for a CSE listing.

The prior notice of termination from October 9, 2025, has been withdrawn. The new extension, executed on October 22, 2025, aims to finalize due diligence and necessary filings by December 15, 2025. Both WOGC and Terra Metals reaffirm their dedication to the transaction, emphasizing regulatory compliance and their ongoing partnership.
