Documents for the Wavestone General Meeting are available

Wavestone announces that the preparatory documents for the Combined General Meeting of July 29, 2025, are now available. These documents are available on Wavestone's website, under the "General Meeting Documents" section, and include the notice of meeting, the consolidated financial statements and activity reports for the 2024/25 financial year, the corporate governance report, and the Statement of Sustainability.

Most of these documents are available in French and English, with the exception of certain documents, such as the notice of meeting. Shareholders can also consult these documents at the company's registered office or through Uptevia's General Meetings department in Paris La Défense.
