Wavestone: Capital update as of March 31, 2025
Wavestone, in accordance with Article L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code, has informed its shareholders of the distribution of its capital as of March 31, 2025. As of this date, the capital totals 24,906,332 shares in circulation.
These shares represent a total number of voting rights amounting to 37,219,135. This calculation was carried out in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation. This declaration follows Article 223-16 of the same regulation, thus guaranteeing transparency for investors.
