Wavestone Reports 2025/26 Results: Net Income Increases by 8%

Wavestone's 2025/26 fiscal results reveal an 8% increase in net income, reaching €82.1 million, with a net margin of 8.6%. Revenue grew by 1% to €954.3 million, while recurring operating profit remained stable at €119.9 million, representing a recurring operating margin of 12.6%. The company maintains robust financial health with net cash of €121.4 million as of March 2026, significantly up from the previous year.

The consultant utilization rate was 72%, a slight drop from 73% the previous year. The daily rate remained strong, with an organic rise of 1%. Wavestone's workforce expanded through approximately 900 hires, totaling 6,111 employees.

The new strategic plan, Lead the shift, aims to drive growth through 2030 by addressing challenges related to geopolitical shifts and the AI revolution. The plan targets revenue growth to €1.4 billion by 2030, with a focus on high-growth offerings and international expansion.
