Wavestone Reports Change in Voting Rights
Wavestone has announced changes to its voting rights as per article L.233-8 of commercial law. As of December 5, 2025, the firm's capital consists of 24,906,332 shares, representing a total of 42,119,381 voting rights. This adjustment in voting rights aligns with article 223-11 of the AMF regulations.
The recent modification in the voting rights is attributed to the allocation of double voting rights to shares issued in December 2023. These shares were delivered to Q_PERIOR shareholders following the approved combination between Wavestone and Q_PERIOR at the General Meeting. This move reflects a strategic step in solidifying the partnership between the two companies.
