Cyril Marie joins the Wendel Board of Directors

Wendel has announced the appointment of Cyril Marie as a member of the Executive Board, effective July 1, 2026. He will serve as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Asset Management. This decision was made at the Supervisory Board meeting of June 16, 2026.

Cyril Marie joined Wendel in July 2023 and has made a significant contribution to the development of the Wendel Investment Managers platform, which now manages €50 billion in assets. Previously, he gained extensive experience at Natixis Investment Managers.

Laurent Mignon, Chairman of the Management Board, emphasizes the importance of this appointment for Wendel's growth. Wendel is counting on asset management as a driver of development alongside its proprietary investment activities.
