Cyril Marie Joins Wendel's Executive Board

Wendel has appointed Cyril Marie to its Executive Board as Executive Vice-President in charge of Asset Management. He will join Chairman Laurent Mignon and Group Deputy CEO David Darmon. This decision, made on June 16, 2026, will be effective from July 1, 2026. The appointment highlights the significance of Wendel's third-party asset management platform.

Since joining Wendel in July 2023, Cyril Marie has significantly contributed to the growth of Wendel Investment Managers (WIM), which now has €50 billion under management. His extensive experience, particularly with Natixis Investment Managers, enhances his role in advancing Wendel's strategic objectives.

Laurent Mignon praised Cyril Marie's expertise, stating his appointment signifies that the asset management business is a key growth driver for Wendel. This move aligns with the company's ambitions to create value alongside its traditional investment activities.
