Wendel Prepares for Potential €500 Million 8-Year Bond Issue

Wendel has announced plans to hold investor conference calls regarding a prospective €500 million 8-year bond issue. This initiative, dubbed the "2033 Bond Issue," depends on favorable market conditions and aims to extend the average maturity of Wendel's bond debt. The bonds maturing in February 2027, bearing a 2.50% interest rate, may be redeemed early if the new bond transaction is successful.

The existing 2027 bond is listed on Euronext Paris, and the new bond would follow suit. Crédit Agricole, Crédit Industriel et Commercial, Mediobanca, Natixis, and Société Générale will act as bookrunners for the potential issuance.

Final terms and results will be disclosed upon the transaction's completion, pending compliance with applicable regulations and approvals.
