Worksport Launches Solar Tonneau Cover for Rivian R1T

Worksport Ltd. has announced the release of its SOLIS Truck Mounted Folding Solar Array, now available for the Rivian R1T electric pickup truck. The product, aimed at providing mobile solar power, is open for orders with expected delivery by mid-January.

The SOLIS cover integrates solar panels, generating about 250 watts, suitable for Rivian owners. It can be paired with Worksport's portable energy storage solution, COR, to power various devices and offer versatility and independence.

CEO Steven Rossi highlights that SOLIS reflects Worksport's focus on tech-centric, eco-conscious consumers. Although not currently capable of directly charging EV batteries, future collaborations with OEMs are anticipated.

This launch marks another step in Worksport’s expansion, amidst reports of robust revenue growth and increased production efficiency in 2025.
