Barclays Plc exceeds 5% stake in WORLDLINE

On October 22, 2025, Barclays Plc announced that it had indirectly crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital of WORLDLINE on October 17, 2025. This acquisition was made off-market, bringing its stake to 5.06% of the capital and 4.37% of the voting rights, or 14,360,429 shares. This movement notably includes shares held through Barclays Capital Securities Limited.

As part of this position, Barclays also holds open-ended right-to-recall contracts for 3,775,684 shares. In addition, 6,879,761 shares are linked to various financial contracts, including portfolio swaps, contracts for difference, and equity swaps with maturities extending to 2028.
