Goldman Sachs Crosses Thresholds in WORLDLINE Capital
On June 26, 2025, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. indirectly crossed the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of WORLDLINE. The entity now holds 18,795,113 shares, representing 6.63% of the capital and 5.73% of the voting rights of this company listed on Euronext Paris. This crossing results from an off-market acquisition made on June 20, 2025.
The majority of these shares are held by Goldman Sachs International, with 14,009,755 shares. Other subsidiaries, such as Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, also hold significant stakes. In addition, the company indirectly controls additional shares through securities lending and options contracts.
These transactions include swap, call, and put options, as well as call warrants, all with various maturities up to 2040.
