UBS Group AG crosses threshold in WORLDLINE capital
On June 3, 2025, UBS Group AG, a Swiss entity, announced that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of WORLDLINE's share capital downwards. Through its subsidiaries, UBS now holds 3,500 shares in the company, representing 0.001% of the share capital and voting rights. This threshold was crossed following an off-market sale of shares.
In accordance with Article L. 233-9 I, 6° of the French Commercial Code, UBS stated that this holding results from a "right of use over shares" contract. This arrangement allows UBS to use these shares at any time. WORLDLINE, listed on Euronext Paris, has a total of 283,571,633 shares and 327,795,740 voting rights.
