UBS Group AG exceeds the 5% threshold of Worldline's capital

By letter received on June 12, 2025, UBS Group AG, a Swiss company, indirectly raised the threshold of 5% of Worldline's capital. On June 6, 2025, UBS held 14,675,641 shares, representing 5.18% of the capital and 4.48% of the voting rights of Worldline.

This crossing is the result of off-market share acquisitions. In addition, UBS indirectly controls 163,811 shares through a right-of-use agreement, 83,092 shares through a right-to-recall lent share agreement, and 7,090,000 shares through long call options exercisable until June 2026.
