Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG to Transition Shares to Scale Segment
Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG (W&W) has announced plans to move its shares from the regulated market to the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's open market. This strategic decision aims to lessen the company's regulatory and administrative responsibilities. The transition is anticipated to be effective from October 6, 2026.
Shareholders are expected to experience financial benefits through cost savings resulting from the move. As part of the plan, W&W's Management and Supervisory Boards propose a dividend increase for 2027, raising the amount to €0.75 per share, which is a €0.10 increment compared to previous dividends.
