Transfer of Xilam Animation to Euronext Growth Paris

Xilam Animation announces its plan to transfer its listing from Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth Paris. This decision, approved by the Board of Directors on April 24, 2025, will be submitted to the Combined General Meeting of Shareholders on June 5, 2025. The transfer aims to benefit from a more flexible regulatory framework, while maintaining certain accounting and governance practices.

Xilam Animation plans to continue publishing its consolidated financial statements under IFRS and to continue its relations with shareholders and investors. The transfer will not result in any specific action for security holders. Changes in shareholder protection, financial reporting, and executive compensation are included. Listing on Euronext Growth could take place as early as August 5, 2025.
