Nebius Secures $3.5 Billion Financing from Citi
Nebius Group N.V., an AI cloud company listed on Nasdaq, has announced a $3.5 billion senior secured facility with Citi. This facility supports the company's global capacity expansion and enhances its diversified capital structure.
The financing, with competitive rates, will aid in building data centers and purchasing GPUs. It complements existing funding from customer prepayments and operational cash flows, allowing Nebius flexibility in future capital raising.
COO Ophir Nave emphasized the disciplined balance sheet approach and strategic capital sequencing. The facility has a 364-day maturity with interest starting at SOFR plus 2.75% per annum.
Citi acted as the lead arranger for this deal, providing strategic support for Nebius's growth ambitions.
