Arcura Medical Properties Chooses Yardi's Platform for Portfolio Management

Arcura Medical Properties, supported by TPG, has opted for Yardi's cloud technology to enhance the management of its medical outpatient real estate portfolio in Germany and the Netherlands. This decision aims to streamline operations, improve tenant engagement, and centralize management functions.

With a portfolio comprising 30 properties spread over 180,000 square meters and housing over 400 healthcare tenants, Arcura seeks to implement the Yardi® Commercial Suite. This technology will unify property management activities, enabling better construction oversight, forecasting, and procurement through a single, connected system.

Arcura CEO, Simon Betty, emphasized the importance of efficiency and transparency in supporting healthcare tenants and enhancing operational capabilities. Neal Gemassmer of Yardi highlighted the strategic value of this partnership and its role in expanding Yardi's presence across Europe.
