Your Family Entertainment AG (YFE) successfully placed a convertible bond for 2025/2028. The Munich-based company issued bonds with a nominal value of EUR 2.50, aiming for a total nominal amount of up to EUR 3.83 million.
The subscription offering, concluding on April 17, 2025, resulted in approximately 960,521 bonds being subscribed. This amounted to 62.7% of the targeted issue, yielding gross proceeds of roughly EUR 2.4 million.
YFE plans to utilize the proceeds to finance growth initiatives and enhance ongoing processes, signaling a strategic focus on expansion and operational efficiency.
