Changes to Züblin Immobilien's Board of Directors

Züblin Immobilien Holding AG has announced changes to its Board of Directors. Dr. Markus Wesnitzer, Nicolas Gross, and David Schärli will not stand for re-election. In their stead, Frédéric Königsegg and Marc Zollinger are proposed for the board at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 1 July 2026. Königsegg is slated to become the new Chairman.

These adjustments aim to enhance the board's efficiency and property market expertise. Königsegg, with nearly three decades in leadership roles, brings extensive real estate experience from Switzerland and other German-speaking countries. Currently, he is CEO at Port Real Estate Development AG, which focuses on affordable housing.

Marc Zollinger, with a background in construction and real estate law, has expanded his expertise through an advanced management program at Harvard. He founded MZP Real Estate AG in 2019, concentrating on property investment and development. Yves Rossier is standing for re-election.
