ZCCM-IH Announces Reappointment of Bishop John Mambo as Non-Executive Director

ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc (ZCCM-IH) has announced the reappointment of Bishop John Hardy Mambo as a Non-Executive Director on its board. The decision, effective from April 17, 2025, follows the guidelines of the Lusaka Securities Exchange Listing Rules. Bishop Mambo, who previously served on the ZCCM-IH Board from December 2021 to December 2024, brings a wealth of leadership experience across various sectors in Zambia and internationally.

Bishop Mambo holds an MBA from the University of York and has been actively involved in pastoral, corporate, and public service roles for over 25 years. His past positions include Board Chairman for the Programme Against Malnutrition and General Manager at Chekos Group. Additionally, Mambo has contributed to regional peacebuilding and mediation efforts, particularly in countries such as the Democratic Republic of Congo and Mozambique. ZCCM-IH’s board is optimistic about his future contributions to the company.
