ZEAL Network SE Adjusts Revenue Forecast for 2025

ZEAL Network SE has revised its financial guidance for 2025. This adjustment comes as a result of an improved lottery gross margin and the successful performance of its social lottery, "Traumhausverlosung". The company now anticipates higher revenue and EBITDA than previously predicted in March 2025.

The forecast for revenue has been increased to a range of EUR 205 million to EUR 215 million, up from the earlier projection of EUR 195 million to EUR 205 million. Similarly, EBITDA expectations have been elevated to a range of EUR 63 million to EUR 68 million, compared to the previous estimate of EUR 55 million to EUR 60 million.

These projections depend on various conditions, particularly the development of the jackpot. ZEAL plans to publish its quarterly statement on 5 November 2025.
