Zehnder Group Reports Sales Growth and Profitability in H1 2026

Zehnder Group AG reported a 3% increase in sales, reaching EUR 394.9 million in the first half of 2026. This growth was primarily driven by a strong performance in the ventilation segment, which saw a 7% rise in sales to EUR 272.1 million, making up 69% of the total sales. Despite this growth, the operating result (EBIT) slightly declined by 1% to EUR 32.2 million, although adjusted EBIT increased by 15% to EUR 37.7 million.

Net profit rose by 2% to EUR 23.9 million, while cash flow from operating activities decreased significantly to EUR 5.1 million. This decrease was mainly due to a strategic inventory build-up amid supply chain uncertainties. The company expects to achieve sales between EUR 770 and EUR 790 million for the full year 2026, with an adjusted EBIT margin comparable to the first half of the year.
