Zentek Updates Board Nominee Slate for Upcoming Meeting

Zentek Ltd., a developer of intellectual property technology, has announced updates to its board nominee list ahead of the annual general meeting on September 25, 2025. The board will feature four independent directors: Eric Wallman, John Snisarenko, and new nominees Matt Fontes and Pete Gettinby. Ilse Treurnicht, Lisa Sim, and Wendy Ford will not seek re-election.

Fontes, a partner at Catalyst Custom Modular, specializes in building innovation and project planning. Gettinby brings expertise from his role as former Director of International Development at RSK Environment Limited, with experience in renewable energy and market expansion.

Shareholders are advised to use the "BLUE" proxy form for voting. The meeting location has been updated to Norton Rose Fulbright Canada's office in Toronto.
