Zomedica Secures New Patent for TRUVIEW Microscope

Zomedica Corp., a veterinary health company based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, announced the issuance of a new U.S. patent for its TRUVIEW microscope. The patent, numbered 12,299,917 B2, covers methods and systems for slide imaging calibration. This addition significantly enhances Zomedica's intellectual property portfolio, now boasting 221 patents and 140 trademarks globally.

Bill Campbell, Vice President of Imaging Systems, stressed the importance of this patent, highlighting its role in validating the uniqueness of their focusing system and strengthening Zomedica's position in imaging solutions. CEO Larry Heaton added that the new patent supports the company's strategic plans to expand into new markets with innovative products.
