ZTEST Electronics Inc. has corrected a previous error in their fiscal 2025 press release. The figures now accurately reflect revenues for the months ending June 30, 2025, and June 30, 2024. Fiscal 2025 revenue totaled $8.3 million, down from $9.8 million in 2024. Notably, the gross margin percentage rose slightly to 41.6% from 40.2%.
CEO Steve Smith highlighted a cyclical decline in the EMS market impacting their 2025 performance. However, ZTEST achieved modest growth in the last three quarters of the year. The company is optimistic about market recovery, citing increased domestic and export activity.
The annual meeting saw the re-election of board members. Kreston GTA LLP was appointed as auditor for the next year.
