General Meeting of Zug Estates Approves All Board Proposals
The 13th General Meeting of Shareholders of Zug Estates Holding Ltd convened at the Theater Casino Zug witnessed full approval of the Board of Directors' proposals. Representing 92.3% of voting shares, 213 shareholders attended the meeting. The shareholders agreed on the distribution of CHF 24.0 million for the 2024 financial year, with a net dividend payment slated for 16 April 2025.
Key changes in leadership included the election of Julia Häcki, a new board member, and the re-election of Beat Schwab as Chairman. The remuneration report for board members was also accepted. The 14th General Meeting is scheduled for 8 April 2026.
