Availability of the 2025 financial statements of Groupe des Assurances du Crédit Mutuel

Groupe des Assurances du Crédit Mutuel announces today that it has published the English translation of the following documents for the 2025 financial year:

• The consolidated financial statements and the related Statutory Auditors’ report,
• The annual financial statements and the related Statutory Auditors’ report,
• The Statutory Auditors’ special report on related-party agreements,
• The consolidated and annual management reports,
• The corporate governance report.
