Leoben – At today’s 32^nd Annual General Meeting of AT & S Austria Technologie und Systemtechnik Aktiengesellschaft (AT&S), it was resolved not to distribute a dividend for the financial year 2025/26. Deloitte Audit Wirtschaftsprüfungs GmbH was appointed as the auditor for the annual and consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2026/27.

All other agenda items presented for resolution were also approved by the shareholders present at the Annual General Meeting. The detailed results are available at www.ats.net.
