BankStore.ai Maps Nearly 1,400 Banks and Payment Providers Into One Structured Dataset for Businesses

London, United Kingdom, October 11th, 2026, FinanceWire

The free catalogue lets businesses compare banks and payment providers across 103 countries by license type, services, geographic coverage, and payment infrastructure.

LONDON, United Kingdom, October 11, 2026 (EZ Newswire) -- BankStore.ai has published a free, structured catalogue of 1,386 banks and payment providers across 103 countries, available now at bankstore.ai/banklist without an account. A company that applies to the wrong kind of provider can lose weeks before it gets a refusal.

A business comparing providers opens one website after another, where a fully licensed bank, an e-money institution, and a payment institution can all describe themselves as a business account. The catalogue gives all 1,386 entries the same card: what the provider offers, its license type, home country, the markets it covers, and the payment rails it runs on, with a field left blank where the public record is silent. A company can sort by provider type, filter by country, and build a shortlist before it starts an application.

“A company should be able to compare providers on the same terms, the way it compares any other supplier. That means the same fields, filled in the same way, for every provider in the catalogue,” said Denys Bets, CEO and co-founder of BankStore. "Of the 1,386 entries, 286 provide business accounts and 1,100 handle payments, a group that covers card acquiring, local payment methods, and crypto."

The United Kingdom accounts for 312 providers and the United States for 159, followed by Canada, Singapore, France, and Cyprus. Lithuania and the United Arab Emirates each hold more than 30.

The catalogue sits next to Bank Index, BankStore’s free index of 147,648 financial institutions at bankindex.io, which scores providers from zero to 10 against business needs such as fast onboarding, owners living abroad, cross-border payments, and fees. Reviewed profiles show the reasons and the public sources behind each score, and a catalogue card carries that score where the profile exists. A separate matching tool asks for a company’s country of incorporation, its industry and the product it needs, then ranks providers by likely approval.

“We linked the catalogue to Bank Index because a single view was never enough. The list tells a company who the provider is, and the index tells it how that provider scores on business needs,” said Ihor Vlasov, co-founder of BankStore.

Both products are free and need no account. The catalogue is available at bankstore.ai/banklist and Bank Index at bankindex.io. BankStore adds entries as registers publish them.

About BankStore

BankStore.ai is a technology platform that helps businesses identify and connect with banks and payment providers, operated by BNKSTORE LTD, incorporated in London in July 2023. Co-founders Denys Bets, CEO, and Ihor Vlasov began their banking careers in the mid-2000s. Bets spent almost 10 years in bank audit and led an internal audit unit, and Vlasov went on to lead business development and compliance at fintech companies. Across their own work and the teams they led, they estimate they have supported about 10,000 account-opening processes. BankStore is not a bank, does not accept or hold client funds, and does not guarantee account approval; each institution makes its own onboarding decision. The free Bank Index is available at bankindex.io.
