Cie du Bois Sauvage :

Compagnie du Bois Sauvage announces that it has finalized the acquisition of the remaining 34% stake in the French company Jeff de Bruges, thereby becoming its sole shareholder.

This transaction enables Compagnie du Bois Sauvage to strengthen its Chocolate division, which represents a key driver of value creation for the Group.

All conditions required to complete this acquisition were fulfilled today in accordance with the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding.

Compagnie du Bois Sauvage and Jeff de Bruges welcome the successful completion of this transaction and look forward to further strengthening their relationship and future collaboration.
