Fabrizio Ruggiero appointed
Chief Operating Officer, Benefits & Engagement

Edenred announces today the appointment of Fabrizio Ruggiero, effective September 28, 2026, as Chief Operating Officer, Benefits & Engagement and member of Edenred's Executive Committee.
Based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, Fabrizio Ruggiero will report to Bertrand Dumazy, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Edenred. He will succeed Arnaud Erulin, who will be leaving the Group to take on new responsibilities.
As Chief Operating Officer for Benefits & Engagement, Fabrizio Ruggiero’s mission will be to strengthen Edenred’s leadership as the most trusted global Benefits & Engagement digital platform. Delivering on Edenred’s Amplify25–28 strategic plan, his role will encompass the acceleration of clients’ acquisition, and the generation of higher Average Revenue per User growth, thanks to the upselling and cross-selling of Edenred’s unmatched portfolio of solutions. Its roadmap also includes the development of new services for merchant partners, as well as AI-powered innovations.

Fabrizio Ruggiero (biographical details)
Graduated in Business Administration from Sapienza University of Rome and holding an MBA from the Polytechnic University of Milan, Fabrizio Ruggiero has built extensive experience in the service industry (Leisure & Travel, Financial and Digital Services).
Fabrizio Ruggiero began his career at Accenture and later at Bain & Company. In 2004, he joined Leasys (a leading Italian leasing group), becoming Managing Director in 2007. He then moved to Europcar as Managing Director in Italy in 2011, before becoming Deputy CEO of Europcar Mobility Group in 2016.
Since 2021, Fabrizio Ruggiero has been General Manager of Edenred Italy.
