Information regarding compliance with gender balance rules within the Board of Directors

In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 22-10-10-1 of the French Commercial Code, Article 222-9-1 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), and AMF Instruction DOC-2026-04, Aéroports de Paris is publishing information relating to compliance with gender balance rules within its Board of Directors.

This information is also available in paragraph 3.1.3.1.2 of the corporate governance report included in Aéroports de Paris’ 2025 Universal Registration Document, accessible on the Company’s website, as well as in the dedicated section (http://www.parisaeroport.fr/groupe/finances/information-reglementee-amf) and the AMF website ( www.amf-france.org).
